The three NFL franchises combined to go 28-23 a year ago, with the 49ers winning the NFC West and the Chargers making it to the playoffs on the AFC side as a wild card team, while the Rams faltered to a 5-12 record.

Of the NFL teams in California, the 49ers Super Bowl odds are the best at +900. That’s third in the NFL behind Kansas City (+600) and Philadelphia (+750).

You don’t have to scroll very far to find Rams’ seventh-year coach Sean McVay on the NFL’s September leaderboard.
The 37-year-old Ohio native has the best record of any active NFL coach during the first month of the regular season, posting a 16-4 (.800) mark during September in his first six seasons.
Despite that success and winning the Super Bowl two seasons ago, the Los Angeles Rams Super Bowl odds are just +7000 — among the bottom 10 teams in the league.
Next up among the Golden State’s coaches is 49ers’ longtime coach Kyle Shanahan, who has posted a 9-10 (.474) record in September in six years with the franchise.
Chargers coach Brandon Staley did not qualify for our list, as he’s only coached the club for two full seasons.
Among the three NFL franchises located in California, the 49ers have the best division championship odds on Caesars Sportsbook — there is no Caesars California. San Francisco is -200 to win the NFC West, while the Rams are +850 to win the West.
The L.A. Chargers are +300 to win the AFC West.
